Resolution: Resolution to restore fiscal responsibility, consolidate local government functions, protect against unbudgeted and unlawful reckless spending, and protect and preserve taxpayer funds for their intended use of improving, maintaining and repairing roads in Bourbonnais Township by approving the submission of a binding proposition to the electors of Bourbonnais Township the following question at the November 3, 2026 General Election: “Shall the Road District of the Township of Bourbonnais be abolished with all the rights, powers, duties, assets, property, liabilities, obligations, and responsibilities being assumed by the Township of Bourbonnais?” VOTE YES ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 3RD
